Thank you for asking. If you’re truly interested in customer feedback (good or bad) I will relate to you my latest experience regarding these two undergarment purchases.
I was once a loyal and devoted ZOOT patron for MANY years. Unfortunately, as a result of my last customer service experience I am now a former ZOOT consumer. The items are well made, as are most ZOOT products. Please read my email below so that you might understand my negative feelings.
RE: Order Z-176484
Hello Zoot Customer Service,
Late yesterday (02/06/2025) I received my order # Z-176484 consisting of two pair Mens Ltd Boxer Briefs - size Medium. I removed the items from the packaging and immediately realized the medium size would not work for me. I didn’t need to try-on the items nor did I remove the attached tags (as it was obvious the garments were too small). I selected mediums based on the “size chart” indicated on the Zoots website.
I just attempted to initiate the exchange process and I am disappointed to read that my purchase is ineligible for return or exchange? The items are in ‘new’ condition and in the original packaging (they have not even been in my possession for 24 hrs). Furthermore, unless the information is “quietly” indicated, where it would be visible to shoppers, it was not apparent to me that my purchase would not qualify for an exchange?
My Tri wardrobe heavily consists of Zoot attire - frequently purchased at my local cycling and triathlon retailer. I would appreciate the option to exchange my boxer briefs to the Large size (the mediums are useless to me). The quality of ALL Zoot products is excellent. All I am requesting is an exchange to the LARGE size (I will attach photos to verify the original “brand new” condition).
Your courtesy will be much appreciated and will go a long way with me.

***When I speak at the Spring Triathlon Expo conference in April I plan to relate my Zoot concerns over its Customer Service attitude.
At one time ZOOT was the “only game in town” (for many years). However the marketing selection has drastically changed and today our triathletes have numerous options (gear and attire). Poor or mediocre customer can seriously turn a great company into a horrible one. Thank you
