Steps to start a return:
- Input your order ID in the about order ID box (example: Z-1234)
- Input the email used on the original order in the email box
- Click Create Request Button
- Select items to return from order and reason for return
- Click Submit
- Click return label and follow prompts
- Return unused item with return authorization number on package
We do not have to ability to create exchanges. Please follow our return instructions above and place a second order with the items you're seeking. When we receive your original items back, we'll process your return in full. If you used a discount code on your original purchase, please contact us at email@example.com so we can help you get the same percentage off your exchange purchase.
FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM RETAILERS
If your Zoot product was purchased from a retailer other than zootsports.com, please return your product directly to the retailer.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Qualified returns accepted. Customer is responsible for shipping and duty for return and replacement order. Please contact customer service for returns.
