If the product was purchased directly from Zoot Sports, please contact Zoot Customer Service. A Zoot Service Rep will happily provide you with an RMA # for you to submit your product for warranty inspection. After receiving an RMA # from Zoot, please ship all warranty returns to:

If you send in your warranty return without contacting Zoot Customer Service, we will be unable to process your warranty return request. Exact product replacement depends on inventory availability.

Submit a photo of damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org making sure that it is visibly clear that it is a Zoot product. Proof of purchase required. It is Zoot's full discretion to determine qualification of discount.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state. In no event shall Zoot Sports or any of its third party suppliers be liable for consequential, incidental, special, indirect or direct damages unless this warranty agreement is inconsistent with the local law. If this warranty agreement is inconsistent with local law, the warranty shall be deemed modified to be consistent with the local law. In the event of legal action, all claims or disputes under this warranty agreement shall be contested in the courts of the State of California.
