If you are not 100% satisfied with the look, feel or fit of your Zoot product, return it for a full refund. We'll even pay for the return shipping
Return any item you've purchased within 30 days of receipt for a full refund for the purchased price (excluding shipping). All sales on customized gear are final.

- Items must be in new/unused condition with original packaging and hangtags
- Only defective product may be returned after use or without hangtags

- A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS NEEDED TO ISSUE CREDIT FOR A RETURN. PLEASE NOTE RA NUMBER IN RETURN PACKAGE. PLEASE ENTER YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND EMAIL ABOVE TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Steps to start a return:
- Input your order ID in the about order ID box (example: Z-1234)
- Input the email used on the original order in the email box
- Click Create Request Button
- Select items to return from order and reason for return
- Click Submit
- Click return label and follow prompts
- Return unused item with return authorization number on package
Please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks from product arrival for processing. Refunds typically appear on credit card accounts one (1) billing cycle from the original date of purchase. If your return was a gift, the credit will go to the original purchaser of the item.
To exchange products purchased from zootsports.com, please follow our return instructions above and then place a second order.
If products do not meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy, they may be rejected. In these cases, the returned products will be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued.
Likewise, if items are returned for warranty replacement and deemed to be damaged due to user error, the items will be returned and no replacement product will be issued.

FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM RETAILERS
Please do not contact Zoot Sports regarding returning a product that you purchased from a retailer. We are only able to accept returns for products that were purchased at zootsports.com and were fulfilled and shipped directly by Zoot.
