    About the opportunity

    We’re looking for an enthusiastic & detail oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our Design team, performing production work and developing design assets for custom apparel and brand identity projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support Design team with overall graphic workload. 
    • Design/update artwork for apparel mock ups and marketing materials based on supplied specifications and guidelines.
    • Translate approved creative concepts/ layouts into multiple templates, sizes and formats.
    • Work together with clients, communicating on the phone and through email, to create custom designs that are both visually appealing and specific to their needs.
    • Download, review, and prepare art files received from customers. Communicate any issues and follow up to ensure files meet our printing requirements.
    • Produce final art proofs and build production ready files.
    • Edit images in Photoshop (resizing, color-correcting, creating low and hi-res images) 
    • Ensure all designs are cohesive and are in line with the brand’s image

    Education & Experience Qualifications
    • 2+ year(s) of experience in production and graphic design.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. InDesign is a plus
    • Knowledge of printing processes
    • Proficiency in MAC operating system OSX
    • Strong communication skills including the ability to work in a team environment.
    • Meets deadlines, prioritizes appropriately, copes well with change, and maintains composure under pressure.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer programs.
    Salary Range: $30K-$40K
    Job Requirements
    • Photoshop: 2 year (Preferred)
    • Illustrator: 2 year (Preferred)
    • Graphic design: 2 year (Preferred)
