This bra is compressive enough to swim, bike, and run without issues. I did notice I could see my nipple color a little through the white color. I will wear this with a shirt or something the next time I swim and I think it’ll solve the problem. However, if you plan to make this your swim top only, I recommend buying a darker color. Otherwise, very comfy and non-restrictive and no chaffing when swimming. It was a little more loosely goosey on the run than I would have liked (I wear 36A and ordered a Medium), but for a 5K it was fine.
