Coverage
- Zoot Sports products are warranted against material defects and workmanship issues for two years from the purchase date.
- Warranty applies only to the original owner and requires proof of purchase.
Warranty Claim Process
General:
- Contact Zoot Customer Service to start a claim.
- Provide original proof of purchase.
- Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Zoot.
Product Purchased from a Retailer:
- Return to the point of purchase for processing.
Product Purchased from ZootSports.com:
- Contact Zoot Customer Service to get an RMA number.
- Ship the product with the RMA number to:

Coverage Details
Defects:
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Zoot will repair or replace the product at their discretion.
- Damage from accidents, improper care (fingernail/finger tears in wetsuits), negligence, normal wear and tear, and chlorine-related deterioration (except for Zoot swimsuits).
- Only unaltered, original products are covered.
- Items sent through warranty are unwarrantable
Crash Relief Program
- Submit a photo of the damaged item to customerservice@zootsports.com with proof of purchase.
- Zoot will determine qualification for a discount at their discretion.
Limitations of Liability
- Legal Rights: Vary by state. Zoot and third-party suppliers are not liable for consequential, incidental, special, indirect, or direct damages unless inconsistent with local law.
- Legal Claims: Disputes are contested in California courts.
