RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Zoot Ohana Guarantee: Return within 30 days for a full refund. Zoot covers return shipping costs (except for sale items, previously-exchanged items, and international returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on sale items).

Return Process:
  1. Click here to request a return or exchange.
  2. Input your order ID (Z-123456) and email used on the order.
  3. Select items and reason for return.
  4. Submit request and await a confirmation email with a return label.
  5. Pack items carefully your name and order number inside and attach the label.
  6. Drop off at the shipper’s location.
Conditions:
  • Items must be new, unused, and with tags attached.
  • Not accepted: exercised or swam-in gear, custom-made items, face coverings.
  • Allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Refunds appear in one billing cycle.
Special Cases:
  • Defective product returns: Refer to the Warranty Page.
  • Gifts: Credit goes to the original purchaser.
  • Initial shipping price is non-refundable.
Eligible Garments:
  • Same garment in a different size or any garment of equal/lesser price.
  • Discount codes from original purchase are honored.
  • File each garment individually but ship in the same package.
  • No international exchanges.
Retailer Purchases
  • Non-Zootsports.com Purchases: Return directly to the retailer.
International Orders
  • Refunds Only: No return labels provided for international returns.
