- European Customers: Order through zootsports.eu.

- International orders can take up to 4 weeks due to customs.
- Handled with upfront duties and taxes calculated.
- Zoot does not control customs charges.
- Items cannot be marked as “gift” or “sample”.

- Not responsible for lost international packages once they leave the US or for international returns.

FAQs
- Cancellation/Changes: Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed.
- Shipping to Hotels: Possible, but customers must ensure the hotel will accept the package. Zoot is not responsible for lost/denied packages. Customer must ensure that they will be at the package's destination, even in the case of delayed delivery.
- Shipping to 3rd party international shippers: Zoot is not responsible for lost/denied packages when shipped to a 3rd party international shipper.
- Wrong Product Ordered: US customers can use the 30-day exchange/return policy. International customers cannot return for "change of mind" or incorrect orders. Contact Customer Service for faulty or mis-shipped products.
- Wrong Shipping Address: Delivery guaranteed only to the address provided at the time of order. Address changes for packages in transit are not possible.
- Wrong Billing Address: No need to update if the order was accepted.
- Missing Package: Check with neighbors and contact the carrier first. If not resolved in 3-5 business days, email customerservice@zootsports.com for next steps.
