The NEW KONA is an all-round wetsuit that delivers many of the key technical benefits of the high-end Zoot Wetsuit range without the high price tag. Packed with performance features and technology, the KONA has a GLIDEflex grooved panel in the chest to allow full expansion of your lungs. Many triathletes tend to “panic” breath at the start of the swim and the GLIDEflex panels release to allow the chest to expand for deeper breaths. Together with 2.0mm stretch arms and AQUAlift buoyancy technology that raises the hips to put the body in the most efficient swimming position, this wetsuit has been designed to increase speed and comfort in the water. Zoot manages a 46,000 square foot production facility, located in Calamba, Philippines with the capacity to produce 5,400 units a week. 90% of the Zoot branded products are produced in-house with wetsuits and small accessory items being outsourced.
Controlled facilities enables shorter lead times - often 4-6 week turn-around times, which are much faster than most apparel businesses. It gives us the ability to offer custom work, introduce new designs multiple times a year and still maintain superior quality and customer service.

PRODUCT CARE & WASHING INSTRUCTIONS (Applies to wearable items)
Keep your gear performing at its peak. Whether it’s your race-day tri suit or your favorite cycling jersey, follow these guidelines to extend the life of your Zoot apparel.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
· Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle.
· Do not bleach.
· Tumble dry low or hang dry in the shade (preferred for longevity).
· Do not dry clean.
· Do not iron.
EXTRA CARE INFORMATION
· Avoid fabric softeners: These can clog the fibers of moisture-wicking fabrics and reduce breathability.
· Use mild detergent only: Harsh chemicals can break down the elasticity and technical coatings of the gear.
· Close all fasteners: Ensure all zippers and Velcro tabs are closed before washing to prevent snagging on delicate mesh panels.
· Rinse after saltwater or chlorine: If using for swimming, rinse immediately with fresh water to prevent fiber degradation.
· Wash inside out: This protects the vibrant sublimated prints and heat-transfer logos from abrasion.
