I love these shorts, in fact I love the entire long distance/ultra zoot compression short series, I have every single one. I use them a lot for training and racing ultras not tris but it doesn't matter, it's as it's the most comfortable piece of workout clothing that I own. The chamois is actually very comfortable and in long distance running over 50 miles, a welcome benefit. I'm 5.7, 113 pounds usually a 0 to 00 and an extra small is perfect.

I’m a size 4-6 in pants and ordered a large in these. They fit perfect. I love the cut and material. The seems are smooth and don’t chafe!

For reference, I'm 5'7" and 134lbs. I originally purchased the small size since I have worn this size in 3 other different brands. However, after trying them on, they were pretty snug and ultimately I felt they'd cut off my circulation with extended wear, so I ordered the medium and they fit perfectly. I do wish they had more of a yoga band waist instead if the thinner elastic band but that is my only complaint. The chamois is superb for bike and run and the fabric of the short is stellar. Zoot is my new favorite tri kit brand.

These are the best Tri shorts I have ever had! And I’ve tried many! They don’t ride up, they’re just the right length, very flattering, and fit like they were designed with intention. I really appreciate this item as I have been searching for so long!
