I bought this for running/cycling on windy days. Its not a fleecy lining so you might need a base layer. I fall between small and medium for most tops. The medium was a little snug in the shoulders and roomy everywhere else. I could fit a base layer underneath even with the tight shoulders. I still give it 5 stars , maybe i have big shoulders. The fabric is tightly woven with stretch but its not super stretchy.
