WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve select Zoot products by purchasing these products before the products release date.
HOW DO I PRE-ORDER?
If a product is available for pre-order you will see a button that says “PRE-ORDER: ADD TO CART”. Select your size and color, if applicable, and click the PRE-ORDER: ADD TO CART button. The product(s) will now be added to your cart and when ready you can proceed with the checkout process. NOTE: You must complete the checkout process to pre-order your product.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY PRE-ORDER?
You will not be charged until your pre-order ships. Once your order is shipped, we will charge your credit card.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER NON PRE-ORDER PRODUCT(S) ALONG WITH MY PRE-ORDER PRODUCT(S)?
You will be charged for your non pre-order product once your product ships. This product will ship separately from your pre-order.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?
We will list an estimated release date under the pre-order product. We will ship within 1-2 business days of the release date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RELEASE DATES CHANGE?
On occasion our release dates can change. If this happens with a product you have pre-ordered, we will notify you via email of the updated release date.
WILL YOU REMIND ME OF MY PRE-ORDER?
No. You will only receive notifications if the release dates change or once your order ships.
CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
Yes. If you need to cancel your pre-order prior to it shipping, log in to your Shopatron Account and cancel your order.
